3 Stocks That Could Be Life-Changers

Rising to the top of the pack were drug developer Lexicon Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: LXRX), e-commerce car-buying platform Carvana (NYSE: CVNA), and online travel website TripAdvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP).
